At Edgar Snyder & Associates, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible service. To help meet that goal, we developed the Client Services Department.
A member of the Client Services Department may contact you periodically during your case to ask about your experience with our law firm. This is a chance for you to make comments or suggestions about how your team is handling your case. We listen to your input so that we can continuously improve our service.
We also have a Client Services HelpLine, 1-888-840-7800, which you can call if you have a concern about your case. You will receive a letter explaining the HelpLine shortly after you become a client at Edgar Snyder & Associates.
Ms. Samarin contacts clients as cases progress, and when cases are resolved. She also answers our Client Services HelpLine, which clients can call if they have a concern about their case. Prior to joining the Client Services Department, Ms. Samarin has also worked as a Claims Assistant for Edgar Snyder & Associates.
