"My goal is to achieve the greatest recovery for my clients without delay and in a dignified and ethical manner. A seriously injured person has many important issues that arise simultaneously and urgently. It is our job to address our clients' needs as they arise. This often requires us to go down multiple paths at the same time. I have been described as 'tenacious' and even as 'scrappy'. I don't shy from a fight if it is warranted. I have dedicated my career to helping injured and disadvantaged people. I believe our clients need - and deserve - the best representation possible to go toe to toe against the insurance and corporate giants that must be faced." Jury verdicts and settlementsMr. Rosenzweig works hard to recover the money damages our clients deserve whether by settlements or jury verdicts. His jury verdicts include numerous six-figure jury verdicts as well as an eight figure verdict. He has successfully tried jury trials in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Education and licensingMr. Rosenzweig graduated magna cum laude and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1981 from the University of Pittsburgh with dual major of history and political science.
